MUSTER is a personal fitness and readiness tool. It produces directional guidance from your wearable data and self-reported check-ins. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical or physical-therapy advice. The readiness signals, training prescriptions, injury substitutions, and nutrition targets are informational only.

Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning or changing any exercise or nutrition program. Stop and seek care if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs. You exercise at your own risk.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the safety of the activities you choose to perform. MUSTER cannot see your real-time condition and may not reflect your actual readiness on a given day.

MUSTER can connect to Oura using a Personal Access Token you supply. Your use of Oura is subject to Oura’s own terms and privacy policy. MUSTER is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oura.

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from use of the app.

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
