MUSTER is a local-first app. Your health and fitness data — Oura scores, check-ins, workout completions, nutrition entries, and body weight — are stored on your own device and are not transmitted to us. There is no MUSTER account and no MUSTER server that holds your data.

On the web, data is kept in your browser’s local storage. In the mobile app, it is kept in the device’s app storage. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes it.

This includes your Oura Personal Access Token, which is stored locally so the app can fetch your daily scores. It is sent only to Oura’s API (api.ouraring.com) over HTTPS, as a standard authorization header.

When you connect Oura, the app requests your daily sleep, readiness, and activity scores directly from Oura using the token you provide. That request goes from your device to Oura — it does not pass through any MUSTER server. Your use of Oura is also governed by Oura’s own privacy policy.

You can disconnect Oura at any time in Profile → Connect Oura, which deletes the stored token and cached scores from your device.

InBody import is optional. If you provide your own Anthropic API key (stored on your device), importing an InBody result sheet sends that one image or PDF directly from your device to Anthropic’s API to read the body-composition numbers. Only that image is sent, only for that extraction, and only when you tap Import. The key and the resulting values are stored on your device. Your use of Anthropic’s API is governed by Anthropic’s own terms and privacy policy. If you don’t add a key, no image is ever sent — enter the numbers manually instead.

Nothing. MUSTER has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party data sharing. We do not receive your data because there is no backend to receive it.

MUSTER provides directional wellness and training guidance. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow your physician’s and physical therapist’s instructions.
